3 Hours Flying Intro to NPPL pilots licence
This voucher entitles the holder to an introduction to the NPPL Pilot's License syllabus and includes 3 hours dual flying tuition in a weightshift microlight. Each hour flying will be accompanied by the necessary groundschool and briefings.

This experience will last a total of approx. 3 days, with approx. 3 hours spent in the air. (We don't compromise on your time in the air. When comparing us with others, check the small print and the time actually spent in the air.)


Check availability. For later dates, schedules will not yet be available and so you should have a wide selection of dates to choose from when you come to book.

What's included

This is your chance to kick start your flying training in order to gain your coveted Pilot's Licence.
This package includes 3 hours flying tuition. Each hours actual flying will include both 30 minute pre-flight and 10 minute post-flight briefings.
Flight Days can be booked consecutively but to get the best from it and give the knew knowledge time to be absorbesd it may be better to spread them out a bit more.
The training follows the first 3 hours of the Civil Aviation Authority's approved National Private Pilot's License course.
Depending on individual progress the training will include some or all of the following flying exercises.
* Aircraft familiarisation
* Air Experience Flight
* Effects of Controls
* Straight and Level flight
* Climbing and Descending
* Medium Level Turns (up to 30 degree bank angle)
* Climbing and Descending turns.

Don't forget your logbook to record all these important first flights.

Minimum age 16
Maximum weight 17 stone (110 Kg)
All equipment will be provided by the flying school.

Voucher

Each voucher entitles one person to participate in this experience. The voucher is transferable, which means that anyone can use it. The voucher remains valid for bookings for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please contact the operator using the details printed on your voucher to arrange a date for your event.

Booking your event

We recommend that you purchase your voucher and make a booking for your event at least one month prior to your chosen date. This is particularly important for weekend events.
