Trial Lesson (4 Seat Aeroplane) - 1 Hour at Wellesbourne Mountford

This experience will last a total of approx. 75 minutes, with approx. 1 hour spent in the air. (We don't compromise on your time in the air. When comparing us with others, check the small print and the time actually spent in the air.)

Two people partake in a flying lesson, one in the front, the other in the back (to take the pictures and take the mickey).
When you arrive, you will be met by a member of staff, who will welcome you to the School and introduce you to your flying instructor who will do a pre-flight briefing which will cover the route to be flown, an explanation of the cockpit instruments and a short brief on the effects of the primary flying controls : just to give you an understanding and an introduction to your first handling of the controls of an aeroplane.
Once the instructor has settled you into the pilot's seat and helped you into your harness, s/he will start, taxy and take-off the aeroplane into the training area. Once in the air, the instructor will demonstrate, and then give you control of the aeroplane and ask you to repeat the manoeuvres under his guidance. You will also have the opportunity of taking in the scenery and to experience the thrill of just flying the aeroplane around the sky. After landing, your instructor will answer any questions and, if you wish, comment on your flying aptitude. You will then be presented with a 'Certificate of Achievement'.

Each voucher entitles up to 3 people to participate in this experience. The voucher is transferable, which means that anyone can use it. The voucher remains valid for bookings for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please contact the operator using the details printed on your voucher to arrange a date for your event.

We recommend that you purchase your voucher and make a booking for your event at least one month prior to your chosen date. This is particularly important for weekend events.
